Caulfield Grammar School

On track to be Australia's first 6 Star Green Star (v1.3 D&AB) WELL Gold School Building, erbas™ | erbas™ SUSTAIN's delivery team gathered at Caulfield Grammar School's Teaching and Learning Building.

Leading our team services team is Sergey Khmelevskiy who oversaw the mechanical redesign for VM whilst retaining 6-Star Green Star and WELL targets. Banu Aydin Anderson and Nikita Payal Sharma oversaw the post-novation and construction phase hydraulic and electrical services work.

Jane Lai and Aditi Abnave drove the ESD, Green Star and WELL work, and now move into the collation and submission phase with Green Building Council of Australia and International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Numerous other engineers, designers, ESD, REVIT modellers, both current and past team members had a role in delivering our work.

ADCO Constructions and their sub-contractor teams have successfully handed over the DesignInc Melbourne | 3XN/GXN designed building.

Project managed by TSA Management with structure and civil by TTW Engineers (Taylor Thomson Whitting), quantity surveying by Wilde and Woollard, fire engineering by Square 1 Engineering and building surveying by Philip Chun Building Compliance.

A big congratulations to Wendy Li-Siaw, Caulfield Grammar School and all involved in bringing this vision to life.
