Green Star-Certified Projects for SINSW

erbas™ SUSTAIN has achieved a remarkable feat; delivering three Green Star-certified projects in just two months for School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW). The team exceeded the initial Green Star credits target in record time while earning commendations from the Green Building Council of Australia’s (GBCA) third-party assessors for the quality of the submissions.

These projects highlight our dedication to world-class educational facilities and sustainability.

Pendle Hill High School – 6 Star Green Star Achieved
Features: 14 new learning spaces, a library, lecture theatre, modernised staff facilities and expanded outdoor learning areas.

Picnic Point High School - 5 Star Green Star Achieved
Features: New TAS building with learning and workshop spaces, upgraded staff and outdoor facilities.

Bankstown North Public School - 4 Star Green Star Achieved
Features: 24 new learning spaces, new staff facilities, modern library, enhanced sports courts and increased open space landscape.
