NABERS Incentives for NSW

NABERS Incentives for NSW

NABERS is rolling out incredible financial incentives to support you in creating buildings with high energy performance to reduce emissions. Our erbas SUSTAIN team is here to guide you through every step of the process.

Energy and Water Ratings (Exclusive to NSW)

  • Energy and Water Starters: Are you ready to take steps into the world of energy and water ratings? If you are, NABERS is offering up to $4,500 per building (excluding GST) for first-timers in this space! This opportunity is open to non-mandatory sectors in NSW, but here's the catch: you need to commit to two consecutive ratings. Trust us, it's worth it and we can show you how.
  • New Buildings: Planning to embark on a new building project? NABERS is generously offering up to $8,045 (excluding GST) to cover Commitment Agreement fees for new buildings. This is your chance to not only meet sustainability objectives but to do so with financial backing. Get in touch and we can show you how.

If you are eager to learn more, we've got you covered! Take a moment to dive into the NABERS website for all the details and then let us assist you to seize this opportunity!

Reach out to Jane Lai, and embark on a journey towards sustainability.
