Dr Jane Lai

Jane provides result orientated sustainability services and ESD strategic direction to clients. She has a passion for sustainable design and has worked on projects encompassing Green Star, WELL, and NABERS. Jane demonstrates experience in building upgrade strategies, energy performance analysis, and NCC Section J compliance and has a keen interest in corporate sustainability strategy and extensive experience in reporting environmental, social and governance aspects of organisations with the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark assessment survey and preparing sustainability reports that align with the Global Reporting Initiative and Integrated Reporting frameworks. Jane also provides advice in portfolio performance improvement opportunities.
