Dr Tony Lam

Tony is an experienced specialist in Sustainable Development (SD), building sustainability and zero carbon design, with 19+ years' experience. He was awarded a PhD for his work in climate and energy for the built environment. He has extensive experience in tackling ESG impact on corporate and built environments, with expertise in building physics modelling, decarbonisation, climate adaptation, behaviour changes and human wellness.

Tony has handled a number of major international sustainability projects, such as HK MTRC Corporate Decarbonisation Roadmap, HK Zero Carbon Building, Seoul Museum of Contemporary Art, Singapore South Beach and Taipei Performing Arts Centre.

Tony is nominated by IWBI as the WELL Faculty, while he is the recipient of WELL Faculty Award 2020. He was also the Co-Chair of IWBI Asia ESG Task Force and Global Advisory Council Member to IWBI Research in 2020-2022.
