This $31 million development, made possible with major support from Housing Australia and the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation, includes a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes designed for sustainability, accessibility, and comfort - providing quality housing for up to 132 residents.

Designed by award-winning architects, the five-storey building features innovative shade structures to suit the Western Sydney climate and seamlessly integrates into the surrounding community. Located within walking distance of the Liverpool to Parramatta Transitway, residents enjoy easy access to shops, services, and Liverpool Hospital.

The project includes 15 social housing units and 48 affordable housing units managed by BlueCHP. Five apartments are adaptable for residents with mobility needs, with accessible parking and upgraded footpaths enhancing overall accessibility.
