This precinct includes one of the largest dental practices in Geelong, a day surgery/hospital with three operating theatres, a separate medical centre with pharmacy and consulting suites, a gym, café, and a childcare centre.

The project creates a distinctive piece of architecture and cultural infrastructure for the Norlane community and broader City of Greater Geelong region. The project also incorporated a suite of sustainability initiatives that will exceed BCA requirements and achieve equivalent to a 5 Green Star performance.
