The project features ground level performing arts and drama in a double height space, music recital rooms and instrument teaching spaces, staff rooms and GLPAs.
Exposed concrete finishes and services, along with musical instrumentation and a major arterial road adjacent required careful and considered acoustic treatment to the mechanical services.
