Built in the 1970's, the functional building has been transformed to an elegant modern workspace with a central open space to host plant life art exhibitions while also allowing visitors to view scientists working in the laboratories upstairs.
The new design also features office spaces and multi-use zones for visitors, students and scholars. The building has upgraded building services, vertical transport, fire systems and access while maintaining the heritage aspects of the building.
