St Joseph's College, Echuca

Our Echuca/Moama office led the services and sustainability design and site construction phase in which erbas™ SUSTAIN provided the site a 30 year ESD masterplan, a unique, first-of-its-kind masterplan for Kildare Ministries.

Stage 1 of the new campus on Mt Terrick Road included the completion of the College administration building, library, learning space, basketball courts, plaza, sports oval, landscaping, car park, avenues and maintenance compound.

Stage 2 brought light-filled learning environments and outdoor play spaces to students. This stage of the project provided new specialist and learning buildings including a technology building, science classrooms, food classrooms, art spaces, performance areas, a canteen and a new learning space. The campus also has two state-of-the-art multipurpose sports courts and landscaped outdoor areas.

Stage 3, led by our Echuca/Moama office, will transform the Kildare campus with a new Multipurpose Learning Centre designed for sports, performing arts, science education, teacher planning and community use.

The centre will feature an indoor stadium with two full-size basketball/netball courts and retractable seating, a 246-seat theatrette with a performance stage, a spacious foyer, a kiosk and full amenities, including change rooms and toilets.

Additionally, the Learning Building constructed in Stage 2 will be expanded to provide even more learning spaces for students.
