Toorak Park Oval

We have been contracted by 2Construct to provide Design and Construct (D&C) for building services and sustainable consultancy for the new dedicated Sports Pavilion in the ongoing redevelopment of the Toorak Park Sports Precinct for the City of Stonnington.

The proposed two-story sports pavilion will include amenities, changing rooms, a kitchen, a bar, massage and treatment rooms, multipurpose and function rooms, a boardroom, offices, coach rooms, and server rooms.

This development aims to exceed minimum building requirements and deliver a progressive sustainability solution for the community. The proposed development will be verified through a Green Star Buildings V1 Rev B formal certification, with the development targeting a 5 Star rating.
