The two-story pavilion includes amenities, changing rooms, a kitchen, a bar, massage and treatment rooms, multipurpose and function rooms, a boardroom, offices, coach rooms and server rooms.

This development aims to exceed minimum building requirements and deliver a progressive sustainability solution for the community. The development will be verified through a Green Star Buildings V1 Rev B formal certification, with the development targeting a 5 Star rating.
