With sustainably integrated amenities, Trinity Point also aims to be the first carbon-neutral building in NSW—a milestone for environmentally conscious development.

erbas™ SUSTAIN designed and supported the Development Application for the iconic project. The project is targeting a 4 Star Green Star certification. Green roofs, covered with plants, help mitigate the heat island effect, while solar panels generate the energy needed for the buildings.

erbas™ was appointed as the integrated services consultant, alongside ESD, and facilitated the holistic sustainable design of the six dynamic, curvilinear buildings.

Beyond its architectural impact, this project will be a powerful driver of local growth, supporting nearly 400 jobs and contributing over $321 million to the regional economy.
