V Centre - Vasey RSL Care

The V Centre at Vasey RSL Care Ivanhoe provides independent accommodation for homeless and at-risk veterans, pairing positive change for those in need with sustainability.

The project has reutilised the original building services infrastructure giving both the building and the veterans a new lease on life, overcoming the existing conditions to give a new refreshing feel to the lighting and power requirements in the extended residential suites.

The reutilised development now provides a new wellness centre and gym facilities, fully serviced including the installation of an energy efficient variable refrigerant flow system along with natural ventilation aiding the support and transition of ex-service veterans.
